Steampunk Eddie Guest 120315Steampunk Eddie, also known as Ed Thayer, is from Jackson, Michigan where many are already familiar with his art work at the Grand River Brewery. Eddie’s background involves 30 years working as an automotive customization specialist, so transforming this tinkering into steampunking objects was a natural progression, a progression that paid off big when he won the TV gameshow Steampunk’dRegardless of winning, Eddie already won over many Steampunks with his great attitude toward the art and the people of the community; “I think the most rewarding part of that is that I got to compete with these people,” he said. “Whether I made it through one episode or the whole thing, it was just a great opportunity. I met some great people — the casting crews, the producer — all these people I feel like I became friends with.”

Leanna Renee Hieber Guest 120315Leanna Renee Hieber (actress, playwright, artist and award-winning, nationally bestselling author) has written nine Gothic Victorian Fantasy novels for adults and teens, set in 1880s New York City and London. She was born and raised near Cincinnati, Ohio and is very proud to be The Pandora Society “Author in Residence”. Her Strangely Beautiful saga hit Barnes & Noble and Borders Bestseller lists, garnered numerous genre awards and will reissue in a special edition from Tor/Forge in April 2016. Darker Still of her Magic Most Foul saga was a Scholastic “Highly Recommended” title and an American Booksellers Association “Indie Next List” pick. Her new Gaslamp Fantasy trilogy, The Eterna Files, an X-Files meets Penny Dreadful kind of series, is now available from Tor/Forge.

Thomas Willeford Guest 120315Thomas Willeford is a steampunk writer, artist, maker, and owner of Brute Force Studios. In 2015 he served as a judge on the TV gameshow Steampunk’d, but prior that his work has appeared on television in the Steampunk episode of Castle with Nathan Fillion, and he is a contributor to Bruce Boxleitner’s Lantern CityHis work has been displayed at the University of Oxford’s Museum of the History of Science, at the Steampunk Bizarre Experiment, the Penn State Berks Freyberger Gallery, at Nemo’s Steampunk Art & Invention Gallery and at the Charles River Museum of Industry and Innovation, and has been featured in Popular Mechanics.

Taversia Guest 120315Taversia is a model, author of Viscountess and Countess, and a diverse woman of mystery. When residing in Chicago she would dons a crimson costume to go out and fight hunger on the city streets. While living in Chicago she would assume her Crimson Catalyst identity and take food to the homeless on the streets to bring attention to homelessness and hunger but not to put herself forward for the attention so she wore the costume as an anonymous attention getter. Her novels involve the fall and rise of the heroine of her story in a post apocalyptic world. In the first novel, her airship is shot down and she is forced to fight her way back up to her former status and on to glory.
