Monday, October 13th, the Meridian Line was established in 1884, Rose Jackson entered the “ScreamPunk” Contest, we featured Airship Cavalier from Maryland, and had the first of three installments of The Uncommon Geek podcast with Episode 29.

Tuesday, October 14th, the University of the Punjab opened its doors in 1882, we looked at pop songs with Steampunk music videos, and we invited Steampunk Speakers to apply to present sessions at the International Steampunk Symposium.

Wednesday, October 15th, in 1888 “Jack the Ripper” mailed the “From Hell” letter, and we had an entry from The Steamtress for the “ScreamPunk” contest. You are invited to attend the World’s Largest NERF Battle on Oct. 25th, and we had Episode 30 of The Uncommon Geek podcast.

Thursday, October 16th, in 1869 the body of the Cardiff Giant was discovered, we looked at how to make your own Illuminated Staff, and started giving away tickets to the World’s Largest NERF Battle.

Friday, October 17th, in 1933 Albert Einstein arrives in the USA to escape Hitler, Mary Ann the Barbarian entered the “ScreamPunk” contest, we gave away more tickets to the World’s Largest NERF Battle, and we had Episode 31 of The Uncommon Geek podcast.

Saturday, October 18th, in 1867 Alaska was purchased by America, and we looked at the newly revised Space 1899 role playing game.

Sunday, October 19th, in 1933 the League of Nations lost Germany, Vlad entered the “ScreamPunk” Costume Contest, and we gave away more tickets to the World’s Largest NERF Battle.
