So what did you miss this week?

This week The Pandora Society was invaded by Imperial Stormtroopers, rocked out with THREE fantastic Steampunk bands, got gory with Victorian surgery, watched Icelandic lesbian robots, read some free comics, and did we mention rocking out with THREE Steampunk bands?

Clones and Stormtroopers are set to invade Pandoracon this November.

Monday, May 2nd, 2016, we started the week with a look back into This Week in History before announcing that the 501st Ohio Garrison of stormtroopers and other Star Wars imperials will be joining us at Pandoracon this November.

Tuesday, May 3rd, 2016 saw M. Leigh Hood and Stixen Stones bring us a film review of The Huntsman: Winter’s War, and we highlighted The Nathaniel Johnstone Band and the Cincinnati Steampunk Salon concert.

The Men That Will Not Be Blamed for Nothing (AKA “The Men”) are a steampunk band from London.

Wednesday, May 4th, 2016 brought us Chris Pavesic’s review of Mechanica, by Betsy Cornwell, and leading up to the Cincinnati Steampunk Salon concert it was the turn of The Men That Will Not Be Blamed for Nothing to be put in the spotlight.

Thursday, May 5th, 2016 began with Surgery Floor Scrapings from Dr. Pembroke, and we rounded off the build up to the Cincinnati Steampunk Salon concert with a look at Frenchy and the Punk.

Friday, May 6th, 2016 we discovered the back story behind Björk’s “All is Full of Love” music video, and then looked back to the future with the 1987 BBC space drama Star Cops.

Saturday, May 7th, 2016 looked into the history of Free Comic Book Day with Katie Lynn Daniels, and then on Sunday, May 8th, 2016 we got another chapter in K.T. Sebastian’s serial fiction Wheelworks, and then it was time for the Sunday Summary 🙂
