So what did you miss this week?

This week in The Adventure of The Pandora Society, our bold writers and editors ventured through time to save freedom of speech and then free Oscar Wilde from jail. We also navigated the latest conflicts of the Steampunk world, fought with giant Soviet diesel powered mechs, and sang love songs to defeat Death herself . . . and those are just some of the highlights.

Monday, May 16th, 2016, we began the week with our usual time travel jaunt back to This Week in History, and we announced that rooms for the 2017 International Steampunk Symposium are now available.

On Tuesday, May 17th, 2016 we looked at some recent drama in the Steampunk Community and asked whether it was Another Steampunk Storm in a Teacup, and we looked back at 1984 for some pre-Doctor Who Sylvester McCoy in a sci-fi quiz show called Starstrider.

Wednesday, May 18th, 2016, and M. Leigh Hood brought us a peak at the new game Scythe based on the Soviet Dieselpunk artwork of Jakub Rozalski, and we added Cinematic For The People to the list of sessions to be found at Pandoracon this November.

Thursday, May 19th, 2016 and Chris Pavsic gave us a review of the novel Pale Highway, and we venture out to the star for some Outer Space Music with Shakespears Sister’s song “Stay.”

Friday, May 20th, 2016 and M. Leigh Hood brought us her take on the teaser trailer for the new Star Trek TV Show, and then on Saturday, May 21st, 2016 it was time for Katie Lynn Daniels to continue her exploration of the the Raven King mythology with Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell.

 Sunday, May 22nd, 2016 saw the latest installment of Wheelworks by KT Sebastian with Episode 13: “Spirited”, and then it was time for the Sunday Summary 🙂
