This week in “The Misadventures of The Pandora Society” we told the future with tarot cards, adventured with Marco Polo, rented Jane Austin’s manor house, got conquered by martians, danced at the Midsummer Masquerade, investigated with Sherlock Holmes, and more!

Monday, July 11th, 2016, we took a trip through time for This Week in History, and we added Arcana Advising to the list of vendors at Pandoracon this November.


Tuesday, July 12th, 2016, and M. Leigh Hood looked at multiculturalism and The Case of Marco Polo, and we added Corsetry 101: I Can Breath and My Organs are FINE to the Pandoracon schedule.


Wednesday, July 13th, 2016, we continued the East Sun summer reading program with Katie Lynn Daniels’s interview with Kerry Nietz, and Stormy Soaps was added to the Pandoracon vendor list.


Thursday, July 14th, 2016, and M. Leigh Hood drooled over renting the Goodnestone manor, the house of many a Jane Austin novel, and we added Androids, Cyborgs, Robots and Their Lawyers – The Sequel to the Pandoracon schedule.


Friday, July 15th, 2016, we asked “What if the Martians from HG Wells’s The War of the Worlds were the victors at the end of the story?” with the British 1984 Sci-fi show The Tripods, and added Me’Shea Bath and Body to the Pandoracon vendor hall.


Saturday, July 16th, 2016, and M. Leigh Hood took a first glimpse at Season Four of Sherlockand that evening we had the 2016 Midsummer Masquerade in the “real” world.

Sunday, July 17th, 2016, the East Sun summer reading program with Katie Lynn Daniels took us to North and South America, and then was time for the Sunday Summary 🙂
