Monday, April 13th, in 1943 things got tense between Poland and the USSR when a mass grave was revealed, we argued that River Song of Doctor Who deserves her own spin-off show, and tickets and room bookings were released for the 2016 Symposium.

Tuesday, April 14th, in 1912 RMS Titanic struck an iceberg, we reviewed the book Out of Time: A Time Travel Mystery, and added “Steampunk as Metaphor” to the list of Symposium Sessions.

Wednesday, April 15th, in 1865 we wondered whether Vice President Johnson was a co-conspirator in the assassination of Abraham Lincoln, Dr. Pembroke electrocuted some dead kittens, and we offered Symposium attendees a free taxi service between our main and third hotel.

Thursday, April 16th, in 1912 Harriet Quimby set a new aviation record, we reviewed the 2002 movie Treasure Planet, and added a Vampire LARP Game to the list of fun things to do at the Symposium next week.

Friday, April 17th, we wished Daffy Duck a happy birthday, and then wished Aloysius Fox (yeah, I’m talking about myself in third person) a happy birthday to which he offered readers a 30% discount for Symposium 2016, and we invited our steamy ladies to enter the 2015 Symposium Pinup Contest.

Saturday, April 18th, in 1857 Spiritualism in France was born, we offered you free tickets to see EX MACHINA in Cincinnati, added The Completely Inappropriate Tales of Gandersnitch the Goblin and xxx to the list of Symposium panels and sessions.

Sunday, April 12th, in 1919 Leslie Leroy Irvin jumped out of a plane, we enjoyed the short story Edmonton Spunkmeier and the Mechanical Frog Prognosticator by Pam Fulton, added the Making Metal Roses workshop to the Symposium schedule, and then it was time for the Sunday Summary!
