Night Terrors = Pokemon NO

October is coming, and with it will come haunted houses, haunted cornfields, haunted schools, and haunted grocery stores. But what if you could bring the scares home with you?

One of the latest Indiegogo success stories, Night Terrors set out to use much of the same tech that has made Pokemon Go so wildly successful – but in a much darker way. The game is restricted to your home, where you use your phone and headset to peer into a horrifying reality. Players are stalked by ghosts and demons as they try to survive the game and solve the riddle.

The latest trailer hints that your phone will serve as more than a camera. This immersive experience will pretend to hijack your phone, sending you mysterious messages from the other side and compromising your supernatural vision. It’s an incredibly scary idea, and it will be exciting to see how well the developers’ ideas translate to reality once the game is released.

What do you think? Will you be bringing some Night Terrors into your home?
